Simulation of Floating ‎Bodies’ Dynamics Using Advanced Computational Approaches

In this paper advanced computational approaches implemented in well-known industrial codes are discussed. These approaches are used to simulate free surface behavior and floating bodies’ dynamics. Results of modeling of simple shape pivot dynamics, which possessed positive buoyancy at immersing and emersion, are presented. The problem of а small displacement ship behavior in the presence of roughness is considered.
