The problem of the efficiency estimation of the information integration in multichannel information pro-cessing system is considered. The concept of a complex task of object detection (detection – classification -determination of position) for multichannel information processing system is determined, taking into account identification of signals, which have been detected in various information channels. Probabilistic сriteria and analytical algorithms of the efficiency estimation of the complex task of object detection in multichannel information system are developed.
