Problem of spectral description of the nonlinear capillary waves on the fluid surface is discussed. Usually, three-wave nonlinear interactions are considered as a major factor determined the energy spectrum of such waves. We show that the four-wave interactions should be taken into account. They lead in kinetic wave turbu-lent regime to formation of power energy spectrum k-13/6 (only one horizontal coordinate) and k-3/2 for two-dimensional propagation.
