Synthesis of a robust tracking system for a sea moving object

Using possibilities of contemporary information technology, the paper presents synthesis of a tracking ‎system for a sea moving object in which robust (steady against abnormal measurements) and ‎adaptive (to possible unaccounted object dynamic disturbances) properties are correctly combined. ‎The statistical modeling results of the responder beacon, which confirm the efficiency of the offered ‎algorithms are also given in the article.‎
